A session with me includes hands-on active stretch, bodywork and mobility coaching in the comfort of your home. Some clients prefer to have a more relaxing and restorative session on the table while others prefer to be more involved and enjoy an energizing session; the choice is yours. Recommended for those interested in learning more about my bodywork practice, yoga and meditating with healing sounds. A yoga instructor will lead us into a 45 minute yoga practice followed by a 45 minute soundbath meditation where you can choose to relax and unwind individually, together or on our tables for a restorative stretch and bodywork session. 

About me

As a bodyworker and mobility specialist, I provide assessment-informed sessions that integrate manual therapy, mobility assessments, and stretch and flexibility techniques to support individuals across varying abilities, physical demands, and phases of life.

 

Sessions are designed to improve mobility, reduce muscular tension, and support overall movement quality and recovery. Services are primarily conducted on a treatment table, with the option to incorporate active, movement-based techniques depending on client preference and session goals. I do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and all services are non-invasive and within the scope of my bodywork and movement-based practice.

Consistency is recommended; most people see the most success with weekly sessions, however there are exceptions. Ask me for a consultation to understand what might be your best option.

FAQs

What do I need to do to prepare?

Depending on what you want to work on, you may or may not need to prepare much if at all. Generally, it is a good idea to take a brief walk so that your body is warmed up. And I ask that you check in with your doctor beforehand, especially if you have had a recent injury or any surgeries.

Can I book a session if I have a flare up of sciatica?

You can, in fact it is highly recommended for people going through sciatica to stay in motion. Stretching, mobilizing and low impact movement, such as walking are great ways to alleviate symptoms and fight off stiffness. We will move slowly and stay in communication throughout the session in the event that sensations of pain are felt so as to not aggravate sciatica symptoms.

What do I need to bring to the session?

For our session, I will ask that you dress comfortably, have fresh socks and water at hand. With most clients, I use a table for the duration of the session, allowing the client to relax and concentrate on their breath while we find their ideal range of motion, targeting specific areas of interest.

When will I see results?

Every body is different and going through different challenges, therefore, I cannot guess when you might see results. You will, however, feel results right away. Most clients who are consistent and work on the homework provided in the document I share with them have higher success rates and long lasting effects.
